The Bvlgari Residences Dubai, located on Jumeirah Bay Island, is a luxurious residential project developed by Meraas in collaboration with the Italian luxury brand Bulgari. This project is part of the Bulgari Resort and Residences, a 1.7 million square foot development that includes 165 apartments, 8 penthouses, and 15 exclusive mansions.

Designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the development blends contemporary Italian elegance with the natural beauty of its surroundings. The architecture draws inspiration from the Mediterranean, featuring golden limestone that reflects the desert’s sands and other fine materials that emphasize timeless luxury. The design evokes a village-like community with landscaped gardens, private pools, and gym facilities, all complemented by the luxurious amenities of the nearby Bulgari Marina and Yacht Club.
